Snapple!

Remember kids, shake your Snapple the proper way, by slamming the cap on your palm. And as always, have fun!

Yesterday's topic...

I have always preferred Brenda over Kelly... Don't get me wrong, I think Kelly is great and all, but she was never the best friend. And don't even get me started on the whole cult thing... Brenda also seemed much more realistic to me. More like your everyday girl that one can relate to.

Angela Chase and Jordan Catalano back together at last.

It has been fifteen sad years, but here it is... the photo you have all been waiting for:

Okay, but what about Brian?

Also, I though these were just too good to pass up:

The 90s are All That

Teenick is going to be bringing back our favorite shows this fall. Programs like Pete and Pete and Clarissa Explains it All, All That and The Amanda Show are going to be playing from 12-2 a.m. in three hour blocks. So pick up your remotes and pop the popcorn!

Yay, All That!

I have some fun and exciting news, and though that this game was a cool treat.

Anyone ever learn this dance?

Remember the old themes for your favorite shows? Which was the best in your opinion?

Brenda Walsh or Kelly Taylor?

I know big question, right?

Who do you prefer Dylan with? Was Brenda just as bad in Paris with our friend Superman as Kelly was at home with Dylan? Did he make the right choice? Or better yet, who is your favorite overall? The good girl who tries to be bad, or the bad girl who wants to be good? Think about it and I will post my opinion tomorrow. Goodnight!

(If you have never seen Beverly Hills, 90210 I recommend it... Not serious great television, but highly entertaining and dramatic... The first season has a lot of morally themed episodes that are still contemporary. Episodes are fairly easy to find online or to buy.)

First blog (I will post an introduction sometime soon...)

I am so in love with Party of Five. Great TV. I love early 90s teen shows, and this one is great. After falling in love with My So-Called Life (going on 6/7 years now) and Freaks and Geeks, not to mention any other good show that I really enjoy (Huge, others) that dies after just one season, I start to wonder if America really knows what good television even is. I am very glad that I have six seasons to watch. I miss the 90s and wish I were older when I had the opportunity to enjoy them. It fits more with me I guess... The whole environment, I love the music (90s alt is ALWAYS good) the style (flannel and crushed velvet dresses... and so much more, mary janes and Docs, list goes on) and the over all quality of the writing and acting. And the use of on location sets and natural lighting doesn't hurt. I will always prefer Neve Campbell and Claire Danes over anyone on today's screens. Not to mention movies like The Craft... I feel at home in the nuance. Damn, I wish so bad that things were still like that... I don't even think I would miss the Awesome power of today's internet (youtube, facebook, myspace or whatever) if I could be a young adult then... Sometimes life isn't fair and we don't get born when we should have... At least I have shows like this to give me a taste now and then.....
